DECISION NoDECISION No. 01/2002/QD-TTg of January 4, 2002 on the establishment of the State Audit in Northern Central Vietnam under the State Audit
The State Audit in Northern Central Vietnam shall have the legal person status, its own seal and accounts with its operation funds allocated by the State budget from the State Audit�s general budget; and its office based in Vinh city, Nghe An province.
The State General Audit shall define the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Audit in Northern Central Vietnam.- (Summary)
