CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 05/1999/TT-BTC of January 13, 1999 providing guidance amending and supplementing Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC of April 27, 1998 guiding the collection of toll for traveling on bridges and roads managed by the State
The Ministry of Finance supplements provisions in Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC as follows: The State-managed bridge and road toll shall be exempt for special-use trucks transporting garbage or mud for the urban environment companies or urban drainage companies, except for cases where such vehicles transport other goods which are liable to such bridge and road toll.- (Summary)
