This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the forms of records enclosed with Circular No. 03 NN-TY/TT of April 8, 1994, of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry (now the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development).- (Summary)
