Charges for sitting in enrolment examinations means the amounts of money contributed by examinees (or families of examinees) sitting in enrolment examinations into education-training establishments of the national education system, for which enrolment examinations must be organized as prescribed by law. This fund shall be used to cover activities related to recruitment work of agencies and units directly taking part therein (the Ministry of Education and Training, the provincial/municipal Education and Training Services and education-training establishments of the national education system).

Branches, localities and education-training establishments of the national education system must not prescribe and collect charges for sitting in enrolment examinations in contravention with the provisions of this Joint Circular.- (Summary)
