Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; and
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
PROMULGATES:
1. The ordinance on the Rights and Obligations of the Organizations in the Country to Which the State Allocates or Leases Land, adopted by the Standing Committee of the 9th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the 14th of October 1994; and
2. The Ordinance on the Rights and Obligations of Foreign Organizations and Individuals Renting Land in Vietnam adopted by the Standing Committee of the 9th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the 14th of October 1994.
