Guiding supports for high-quality press works at the central and local levels in the 2006-2010 period

This Joint Circular applies from the 2007 budget year.

Particularly for 2006, the Vietnam Journalists Association abides by Joint Circular No. 52/2003/TTLT-BVHTT-BTC of August 29, 2003, of the Ministry of Culture and Information and the Ministry of Finance, while local Journalists Associations comply with Official Letter No. 5139/BVHTT-KHTC of December 19, 2005, of the Ministry of Culture and Information.

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
