RESOLUTION No 301-NQ/UBTVQH OF JUNE 25, 1996, OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ISSUING THE REGULATION ON THE OPERATION OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL AT ALL LEVELS
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to Article 91 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 12 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Considering the Presentation of the Director of the Office of the National Assembly and the opinions of the members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
DECIDES
1. To issue the Regulation on the Operation of the People?s Council at all levels.
2. The Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the Government shall ensure the implementation of this Regulation.
