The Prime Minister instructs: The use of guns and support instruments by the ranger force as well as smuggling and trade fraud inspection and control forces when on official duties must strictly comply with current provisions of law. The ranger force as well as smuggling and trade fraud inspection and control forces are strictly forbidden to use guns to fire at passenger cars in any circumstance. If such forces have detected or been informed that passenger cars are transporting smuggled or banned goods, they must apply other active measures for inspection, control or stoppage.- (Summary)
