JOINT CIRCULAR No.67/1998/TT-LT/BTC-UBQGDS of May 18, 1998 guiding the financial management of the national program on population and family planning.

The national program on population and family planning is aimed at raising: capability of the managerial apparatus; the efficiency of family planning services; and the efficiency of propaganda and education.

The program's fund is channeled by budget capital, capital mobilized from organizations and individuals and other sources of revenues prescribed by the State. These sources shall be managed and used in accordance with the provisions of the Law on State Budget, the documents guiding the implementation of this Law and the provisions of this Circular.

The Circular also specifies the contents and levels of expenditures for the above-said objectives.

This Circular takes effect from January 1st, 1998 and replaces Circular No.4-TTLB/UB-TC of January 28, 1993 of the Ministry of Finance and the National Committee on Population and Family Planning.- (Summary)
