Guiding the regime of expenditure control, applicable to public non-business units entitled to autonomy and self-responsibility for task performance, organizational apparatus, payroll and finance

This Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replace the provisions of the Finance Ministry’s Circular No. 81/2002/TT-BTC of September 16, 2002, regarding the control of expenditure of non-business units having revenues.- (Summary)
