CIRCULAR No. 07/2005/TT-BLDTBXH of January 5, 2005 guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 206/2004/ND-CP of December 14, 2004 on management of laborers, salaries and incomes in State companies

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The provisions of this Circular apply as from January 1, 2005.

It replaces Circulars No. 05/2001/TT-BLDTBXH of January 29, 2001, No. 03/2002/TT-BLDTBXH of January 9, 2002, No. 04/2002/TT-BLDTBXH of January 9, 2002, and No. 20/1999/TT-BLDTBXH of September 8, 1999, of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; and Joint Circulars No. 18/1998/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC of December 31, 1998 and No. 19/1999/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC of August 14, 1999 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.- (Summary)
