To amend the first paragraph of Point b, Clause 1, Item II, Article 1 of Decision No.67/1999/QD-TTg as follows: For family households engaged in agricultural, forestry, fishery production and salt-making, a bank may provide each with a loan of up to 10 million dong. The borrower shall not have to mortgage his/her properties but have to submit together with the loan application a written certification of the undisputed land in use, issued by the commune/ward/township People�s Committee.- (Summary)
