The Prime Minister permits the experimental reform of administrative procedures applicable to ships and boats entering and/or exiting seaports in the provinces of Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Quang Ninh, as well as the cities of Da Nang and Hai Phong, except for foreign military ships and sea-going nuclear-powered vessels, ships of Vietnam?s armed forces in service of security and defense purposes and other ships performing the State?s official duties.

The contents of the experimental reform shall comply with the Prime Minister?s Decision No. 55/2002/QD-TTg of April 23, 2002 on the experimental reform of administrative procedures at seaports in Ho Chi Minh city area.- (Summary)
