Decision No.731-TTg of October 3, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Managing Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks.
The Managing Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks is established on the basis of reorganizing and rearranging the Managing Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing Zones.
To annul Decision No.62-CT of February 26, 1992 of the Prime Minister on staffing the Managing Board of the Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone and legal document No.433-KTDN of October 27, 1992 on renaming the Managing Board of the Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone as the Managing Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing Zones.
The Managing Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks shall perform tasks and exercise powers on the management of export processing zones and industrial parks respectively in accordance with Article 57 of the Regulation on Export Processing Zones issued together with Decree No.322-HDBT of October 18, 1991 and Article 20 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks issued together with Decree No.192-CP of December 28, 1994 of the Government.- (Summary)
