On ranking a national relic
Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” the historical relic of the editorial board office of Quan Doi Nhan Dan (People’s Army) newspaper where its first issue was published (October 20, 1950) in Dinh Bien commune, Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province, is ranked as a national relic.- (Summary)
