CIRCULAR No. 02/2005/TT-BTC of January 6, 2005 guiding the determination of demand, sources and modes of payment for the reform of salaries of the public employees, public servants and armed forces

This Circular applies to State agencies and non-business units; agencies and units of the armed forces; Party agencies, socio-political organizations, socio-political professional organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations, non-governmental organizations, projects, and Vietnam-based international agencies and organizations with public employees and servants who are included in the State payrolls and enjoy salaries from the State budget according to the State-prescribed salary tables.

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
