DECISION No. 207/2004/QD-TTg of December 11, 2004 promulgating mechanisms for management and implementation of Son La hydroelectric power project

With this Decision, the Prime Minister provides for particular mechanisms applicable only to Son La hydroelectric power project in order to ensure its implementation tempo, quality and efficiency and specifies the responsibilities, powers and tasks of, the concerned State management agencies, localities, investors and involved parties.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
