Pursuant to Article 32 of the Government’s Decree No. 45/2001/ND-CP of August 2, 2001 on electricity activities and use; and in order to ensure the safe and efficient supply and use of electricity, the Ministry of Industry and the Government Pricing Committee jointly issued this Circular, guiding the method of calculating the money to be paid by electricity buyer for the purchase of resistance capacity and the sale of resistance capacity by electricity buyer electricity seller.- (Summary)
