DECISION No. 204/1998/QD-TTg of October 19, 1998 promulgating the provisional Regulation on the estimate drafting, allocation, management and settlement of economic non-business funds for basic geological surveys of mineral resources

The basic geological surveys of mineral resources shall be provided with economic non-business funds from the State budget. The funds for basic geological survey of mineral resources shall include: fund for execution of plans for basic geological surveys of mineral resources; and fund for the procurement of equipment and technological facilities in service of surveys.

The estimate drafting, allocation, management and settlement of funds for basic geological surveys of mineral resources shall comply with this provisional Regulation and the legal documents on budget.- (Summary)
