JOINT-CIRCULAR No. 09/2000/TTLT-BGDDT-BTC-BLDTBXH of April 11, 2000 guiding the implementation of Decision No. 239/1999/QD-TTg of December 28, 1999 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing Clause A, Article 1 of his Decision No. 1121/1997/QD-TTg of December 23, 1997 on scholarships and social allowances to be granted to pupils and students of public schools
Entitled to the consideration for study promotion scholarships shall be pupils and students of public schools, on the formal long-term and full-time training, who have been rated good or better in their study and training.
The schools annual study promotion scholarship funds shall be determined as representing from 10 to 15% of its regular expenditure for training. Based on the scholarship funds, the principals shall determine the number of study promotion scholarships to be granted to each study course, each study subject.- (Summary)
