JOINT CIRCULAR

Guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 171/2005/QD-TTg of July 8, 2005, on responsibility-based allowances for judges, court clerks and verifiers

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” annulling the relevant provisions in Joint Circular No. 05/2001/TTLT/BTP-BTCCBCP-BTC-BCA of March 28, 2001, of the Justice Ministry, the Government’s Commission for Organization and Personnel (now the Ministry of Home Affairs), the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Public Security.

The allowances guided in this Joint Circular apply as from October 1, 2004.- (Summary)
