With this Directive, the Chief Judge of the Supreme People's Court requests heads of units under the Supreme People's Court and chief judges of people's courts and military courts of all levels to perform several tasks in order to efficiently contribute to implementing the Prime Minister's Directive No. 37/CT-TTg of November 8, 2004, on implementation of the Government's Resolution No. 09/CP of July 31, 1998, on the national program on crime prevention and fight, and Directive No. 17/CT-TTg of May 25, 2005, rectifying negative phenomena in bars, karaoke parlors and dancing halls.- (Summary)
