RESOLUTION No. 744/2005/NQ-UBTVQH11 of January 5, 2005 on implementation of the National Assembly’s Resolution on the 2005 law- and ordinance-making program

With this Resolution, the National Assembly Standing Committee requests the Government, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee as well as other agencies and organizations that are assigned to submit bills, draft ordinances or draft resolutions to focus on several specific tasks in order to successfully implement the National Assembly’s Resolution.

This Resolution also assigns agencies to submit or evaluate projects newly added to the law- and ordinance-making program of the XIth National Assembly (2002-2007).- (Summary)
