DECISION NoDECISION No. 1347/2004/QD-BKH of November 24, 2004 promulgating the Regulation on management of the implementation of the program on human resource-training assistance for small- and medium-sized enterprises in the 2004-2008 period
Under the Regulation issued together with this Decision, the program shall provide training for entrepreneurs, owners and managers of small- and medium-sized enterprises, individuals who wish to start a business and those who may become lecturers for the program.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
