DECISION No. 03/2003/QD-BGDDT of January 13, 2003 promulgating the Regulation on complaint and denunciation settlement and citizen reception by the Education and Training Ministry's office and its attached units and schools
To issue together with this Decision the Regulation on complaint and denunciation settlement and citizen reception by the Education and Training Ministry's office and its attached units and schools.
Written or verbal complaints and denunciations sent or reported by citizens to the Education and Training Ministry's office and its attached units as well as schools must be settled in time and in accordance with the order, procedures and time limits prescribed in the Law on Complains and Denunciations and its guiding documents.
The director of the Ministry's Office, the Chief Inspector and the directors of the departments under the Ministry shall have to verify, draw conclusions and propose to the Minister the settlement of complains and denunciations according to the responsibilities assigned to them in this Regulation.
The directors of universities, the principals of schools, directors of research institutes, the directors of companies and centers, the director of the Education Publisher, the editors-in-chief of newspapers under the Ministry shall have to settle complains and denunciations and receive citizens in compliance with the provisions of the Law on Complains and Denunciations as well as specific responsibilities assigned to them in this Decision.- (Summary)
