To issue together with this Decision the Regulation on organization and operation of the Council for supervision of Cuc Phuong National Park�s environment.

It is an inter-branch council which shall assist the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment and the Ministry of Communications and Transport in inspecting and supervising the implementation of environmental protection solutions in the process of building the road section under Ho Chi Minh highway project, which runs across Cuc Phuong National Park.- (Summary)
