DIRECTIVE
On the implementation of the National Assembly's Resolution on enforcement of the Civil Code
With this Directive, the Prime Minister requests concerned ministries, agencies and localities to scrutinize current provisions of civil law; formulate documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Civil Code; and carry out the propagation, dissemination of, and education about the Civil Code.
This Directive takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."- (Summary)
