DIRECTIVE No. 31/2004/CT-TTg of September 8, 2004 on launching a special emulation drive from now till the end of 2005 for successful implementation of the 2001-2005 five-year socio-economic development plan, recording significant achievements in celebration of major anniversaries in 2004 and 2005, and the VIIth National Emulation Congress

The special emulation drive launched under this Directive has the common motto "Bringing into play the strength of the national unity bloc, successfully accomplishing the 2001-2005 five-year socio-economic development plan."- (Summary)
