The MOST Management Training Institute (MTI) is a unit under the Ministry of Science and Technology, functioning to assist the Minister in conducting professional training and fostering of officials and State employees engaged in the science and technology management domains of the Ministry. It is a non-business unit with revenues, has the legal person status and its own seal, and is entitled to open accounts at the State Treasury and banks.

The Charter promulgated together with this Decision prescribes the tasks, powers, organizational structure, financial management and working relations of the MTI.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 1283/TCCBKH of July 4, 1996 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment (now the Minister of Science and Technology) promulgating the Organization and Operation Charter of the Science, Technology and Environment Management Training Institute.- (Summary)
