RESOLUTION No. 487/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 of March 17, 2004 on asset declaration by candidates to People's Councils of all levels

Under this Resolution, which takes effect after its signing, candidates to the People's Councils of all levels must declare their assets. The declaration aims at asset publicity and transparency, thus creating conditions for voters to participate in supervising their deputies.

The People's Council candidates must fully, accurately and honestly declare their assorted assets according a set form and be answerable for their declarations, which are enclosed with their dossiers.- (Summary)
