The funding for implementation of the Action Program on Drugs Prevention and Combat shall be included in the annual State budget estimates and allocated to the ministries, the central agencies and provinces and centrally-run cities. In addition, the local authorities of all levels and the heads of agencies and units may mobilize additional funding from other sources such as voluntary contributions by Vietnamese and foreign individuals, socio-economic organizations (in cash and/or in kind); addition from local budgets for implementation of the tasks of drug prevention and combat as provided for by law.

The funding for the Action Program on Drugs Prevention and Combat shall be allocated, managed and finally settled according to current regulations of the State Budget Law.- (Summary)
