DECISION No. 26/2001/QD-TTg of March 7, 2001 transforming Khanh Hoi Import-Export Company into Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company

To transform Khanh Hoi Import-Export Company, which is under the People�s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City into Khanh Hoi Import-Export Joint Stock Company.

Headquarters of the joint-stock company: No. 2-4-6 Doan Nhu Hai Street, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.

Charter capital of the joint-stock company: VND 19,000,000,000, in which the State�s equities represent 29%, equities sold to the laborers of the company and subjects outside the company, 71%.

Khanh Hoi Import-Export Joint Stock Company shall be engaged in the following business lines:

- Export and import of consumer goods and production materials

- Production and trading in foodstuffs, confectionery, brewery and other drinks; forestry product processing

- Production and processing of garments, leather and imitation leather articles, footwear,�.
