RESOLUTION
On the issuance level of the Government's International Bonds
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance in Official Letter No. 207/BTC-VP of October 21, 2005, on raising the issuance limit of international bonds,
RESOLVES:
The Government agrees to raise the issuance level of international bonds from USD 500 million (five hundred million US dollars) as stated in the Government's Resolution No. 11/2005/NQ-CP of October 4, 2005, to the maximum level of USD 750 million (seven hundred and fifty million US dollars) and assigns the Minister of Finance or the person authorized by the Minister of Finance to decide on the specific increase level.
