This Circular guides the adjustment of estimates of cost of labor and construction machines for capital construction projects of the Agriculture and Rural Development service on the basis of the Construction Ministry�s Circular No. 03/2001/TT-BXD of February 13, 2001 guiding the adjustment of cost estimates for capital construction projects.

Apart from the general regulations in Circular No. 03/2001/TT-BXD, this Circular only additionally guides the adjustment of estimated construction and installation prices of capital construction projects with the application of a number of specialized norms and unit prices, set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.- (Summary)
