Issued together with this Decision was the provisional Regulation on working modes of Scientific and Technological Advisory Council for selection of organizations and individuals to take charge of State-level scientific and technological subjects in the 2001-2005 period.

This Regulation replaces the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 42/2001/QD-BKHCNMT of July 18, 2001 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment.- (Summary)
