Promulgating the Regulation on management and organization of execution of ministerial-level scientific and technological subjects

The Regulation aims to uniformly manage and organize the execution of ministerial-level scientific and technological subjects and experimental production projects using the State’s scientific non-business budget capital. It shall apply to state management agencies as well as organizations and individuals involved in the execution of ministerial-level scientific and technological subjects, which are managed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
