Organizations, households and individuals, that have their cadastral-related problems settled by the competent State agencies or the authorized organizations, must pay cadastral fees according to the provisions of this Circular.

The State agencies competent to collect cadastral fees must publicly announce or post up the fee levels at their headquarters. Upon the collection, they must issue fee collection receipts to the fee payers.
