Providing allowances for cadres and employees who work in establishments managing drug addicts, prostitutes and detoxified persons

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” annulling the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 25/2002/QD-TTg of February 1, 2002.

From October 1, 2004, those who already enjoyed the allowances specified at Clauses b and c, Article 2 of Decision No. 25/2002/QD-TTg are entitled to the allowances provided in the Government’s Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP of December 14, 2004.- (Summary)
