DECISION No. 08/2005/QD-BGTVT of January 10, 2005 promulgating the Regulation on passenger coach stations

The 6-chapter and 22-article Regulation provides for the plannings, criteria, investment and construction of coach stations, and organization and management of their operation.

It applies to coach station-managing bodies and -managing boards; agencies, organizations and individuals that invest in construction, trading and/or exploitation of coach station services; organizations and individuals engaged in passenger transportation; and passengers.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 4128/2001/QD-BGTVT of December 5, 2001.- (Summary)
