CIRCULAR No. 48/2003/TT-BTC of May 15, 2003 guiding the spending contents and levels for project on coordination between military and civilian health services in caring for people’s health and serving national security and defense in the 2001-2010 period
Funding for the project on coordination between military and civilian health services in caring for people’s health and serving national security and defense in the 2001-2010 period shall come from the State’s budget, communities’ contributions and other sources.
Units using the project’s funding include: 240 joint military-civilian health stations and 4 medical centers of island districts which participate in the project and mobile medical units under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1026/QD-TTg of August 10, 2001 approving the project on coordination between military and civilian health services in caring for people’s health and serving national security and defense in the 2001-2010 period. These units shall have to manage and use the project’s funding according to documents guiding the implementation of the State Budget Law and this Circular.- (Summary)
