ORDER NoORDER No. 38-L/CTN ON THE 10TH OF DECEMBER, 1994, OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE STATE PROMULGATING THE ORDINANCE ON PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHT, THE ORDINANCE ON PROTECTION OF TRANSPORT WORKS, AND THE ORDINANCE ON UTILIZATION AND PROTECTION OF HYDRO-METEOROLOGICAL WORKS
THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Proceeding from Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
PROMULGATES:
1. The Ordinance on Protection of Copyright which was passed by the Standing Committee of the 9th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the 2nd of December 1994.
2. The Ordinance on Protection of Transport Works which was passed by the Standing Committee of the 9th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the 2nd of December 1994.
3. The Ordinance on Utilization and protection of Hydro-Meteorological Works which was passed by the Standing Committee of the 9th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the 2nd of December 1994.
