DECISION No.67/1998/QD-TTg of March 26, 1998 on the transfer of the task of State management over the vocational training from the Ministry of Education and Training to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

As from July 1st, 1998, all schools, centers and establishments engaged in vocational training shall be subject to the State management by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs regarding the vocational training.

The Minister of the Education and Training shall have to hand over to the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs the followings:

- The specific State management tasks, dossiers, documents and budget for vocational training;

- The number of State officials and employees being involved in the management of the vocational training;

- Technical Teachers' Training Intermediate School II, Nam Dinh province; Technical Teachers' Training Intermediate School III, Nghe An province; and Technical Teachers' College IV, Vinh Long province.

- The vocational training programs and projects with domestic or foreign financial supports; For projects where the vocational training is mingled with other training forms which have been foreign-funded and menaged by the Ministry of Education and Training in its capacity as the project owners, the Ministry of Education and Training shall continue to manage such projects till their completion.- (Summary)
