This Decree details and guides a number of articles of the Inspection Law regarding the organization and operation of People's Inspection Boards in communes, wards, townships, state agencies, non-business units, and state enterprises.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO" and replaces Decree No. 241/HDBT of August 5, 1991, of the Council of Ministers.- (Summary)
