DIRECTIVE No.01/1999/CT-BTP of January 28, 1999 on the implementation of the project on the establishment and management of law bookcases in communes, wards and townships

To well implement the project on the establishment and management of law bookcases, the Minister of Justice directs as follows: Right from the beginning of 1999, the directors of provincial/municipal Justice Services shall personally direct the revision and summing-up of the establishment of law bookcases in communes, wards and townships in their respective provinces, which shall serve as basis for the elaboration of the master plan on the establishment and maintenance of law bookcases for 3 years (1999-2000) as well as the 1999 plan.- (Summary)
