Adding and adjusting tasks of several departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

This Decision adds and adjusts tasks of the Departments of Science and Technology; Cultivation; Husbandry; Plant Protection; Animal Health; Agricultural and Forest Product Processing and Salt-Making; Forest Protection; and Water Resources.

It shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” annulling Point b, Clause 7 (the phrase “salt-making and industrial extension, agricultural and forest product preservation and processing, rural trades”), and Clause 8, Article 1 of Decision No. 17/2005/QD-BNN of March 22, 2005.- (Summary)
