On enhancing the direction of, and effectively implementing, the work of fire prevention and fighting

With this Directive, the Prime Minister sets forth several tasks to be performed by ministries, branches and localities in order to overcome existing shortcomings in the work of fire prevention and fighting.- (Summary)
