CIRCULAR No. 19/2004/TT-BLDTBXH of November 22, 2004 guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 41/2002/ND-CP of April 11, 2002 on policies towards to laborers redundant due to the rearrangement of State enterprises, which were amended and supplemented by the Government's Decree No. 155/2004/ND-CP of August 10, 2004
This Circular applies to State companies which are restructured according to Article 17 of the Labor Code; State companies which are restructured by mode of ownership conversion; State companies which are restructured by various modes of reorganization, State companies and independent cost-accounting member companies of corporations, which are bankrupt or dissolved; State companies and independent cost-accounting member companies of corporations, which are transformed into non-business units; member companies with 100% of their charter capital held by State companies of corporations which operate after the parent company-subsidiary company model; State-run agricultural and forestry farms which are reorganized under Resolution No. 28/NQ-TW of June 16, 2003 of the Political Bureau; State companies which take other forms as decided by the Prime Minister; State companies of political organizations, socio-political organizations, which are transformed into one-member limited liability companies, limited liability companies with two or more members or joint-stock companies operating under the Enterprise Law.
This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Ministry's Circulars No. 11/2002/TT-BLDTBXH of June 12, 2002 and No. 11/2003/TT-BLDTBXH of May 22, 2003.- (Summary)
