This Decree prescribes principles for the consolidation of the apparatuses performing religious work under the People's Committees of various levels; criteria and model of organizations performing religious work in the provinces and centrally-run cities; and the competence to set up such apparatuses under the People's Committees of various levels.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
