JOINT CIRCULAR No.187/1998/TTLT-TCCP-TC-TP of March 30, 1998 guiding the regime of allowances for collaborators engaged in legal assistance activities.

This Circular specifies the allowance levels for collaborators who act as legal representatives or defense counselors before courts or as legal consultancy providers.

The State's regime of allowances for collaborators engaged in legal assistance activities is aimed to partly remunerate their work and raise their sense of responsibility. The State also encourages voluntary collaborators to conduct legal assistance activities without any remuneration.- (Summary)
