DECISION No. 3649/1999/QD-BYT of November 12, 1999 promulgating the Regulation on exercising democracy in hospitals’ activities

The Regulation on exercising democracy in hospitals’ activities is aimed at promoting the mastery of officials and employees, patients and their families so as to raise the quality and efficiency of medical examination and treatment as well as the nursing of patients.

This Regulation stipulates the ambit of responsibility and powers of the hospital heads and the officials, employees and laborers in hospitals as well as of the patients and their families so that they may properly use the right to democracy in medical examination and treatment, patients nursing and service as well as in the work, activities and daily life of the hospital officials and employees.- (Summary)
